Jourdan Gailey of Herb’N Harmony and I will be tabling at River Yoga’s First Wellness Expo! We will have some herbal remedies for purchase and an experiental set-up to learn about plants!

Numerous vendors will be in the River Yoga Studio and a mobile Sauna across the street in the City Hall parking lot -- learn, experience, sweat, breathe, try new things, and bring the kiddos! The sauna is available for 1/2 hour experiences (along with a cedar fire outside in a 'cooling off' area). Vendors will include Elderberry Syrup sampling; Herbalists; Astrology reading; CBD/THC for mental health; and rock painting for the Anoka Kindness Rock Garden (that one is for kiddos AND adults).
