Paige first discovered yoga during her Americorps year in Boston at the local YMCA. She soon noticed the impact not only in her physical body, but in her emotional state. Since 2009, Paige views this movement and study as foundational to her personal well-being. She has continue to study and practice on her mat from cities to rural homesteads. During the pandemic, her relationship with this movement fortified. In 2021, she completed her 200 RYT with Devanadi Yoga School for Yoga and Wellness. She loves sharing this practice and weaving in her knowledge of Eastern philosophy and Western anatomy. I’m a bodyworker, herbalist, yoga teacher and forever student. Originally from Northern California, I spent almost a decade on the East Coast until I found my soul’s home in the Upper Midwest.
